This is perhaps my favorite series of all time! These guys are so inspiring and help me to stay grounded in truth. Here in America, it’s so easy to get distracted by so many things. Tim and Will, along with everyone involved with the making of this show help keep my mind on the things of God. They are great reminders of what we are all called to do as believers in Christ, and they do it, modeling the fruit of the Holy Spirit, with meekness, and gentleness. That said, what they do is not for wimps. They have tremendous courage. I hope they are able to keep making these episodes. I also want to add that I have been deeply touched by witnessing some of their encounters. Thank you Tim, Will, and the Travel the Road crew! — M
I am literally in tears after just watching your show on TBN. God is so good and He leaves no one behind. The people living in the trees in the jungle who haven’t seen outsiders was incredible to witness. You both speak the gospel so simple and clear. I love watching the Travel the Road DVD’s and following Tim and Will as they passionately pursue those who may have never heard the gospel message. It is so inspiring to see these missionaries totally abandoned to God and going wherever the holy spirit might lead them. I highly recommend buying these DVD’s if you want to be challenged in your own personal walk with Christ. Prepare to go along with them on an adventure and see the world from a new perspective. Tim and Will, thank you both for showing your life and encouraging people like me. I never knew something like this was possible but you are doing it and living it!! Tim and Will, you have encouraged me so much! My husband and I were missionaries doing frequent short term trips until I became very ill and since have spent the last 3.5 years being mostly bedridden. During this time, a friend introduced me to TTR, and I literally laid in bed and watched episodes daily! I cried tears of joy thinking that even if we couldn’t be out on the field, I was so happy to see you guys were! Also, it was awesome to see you guys go to places we have been and places we want to go to and have not yet been! I’m still waiting for Jesus to heal me and send us back out on the field, but until then I love watching TTR and will do what He has for me to do here! I first want to start by saying you guys have blessed me and my family so much because of what you guys do. Three years ago, my mom saw your videos in a Christian book store and started to cry. Anyway, long story short, she came home and made the whole family watch your videos and it changed my family’s life forever. After that, my family decided that they wanted to become missionaries somewhere in the world. We are now serving in Guatemala and we have been here for two years. — Cooper
Hi! I just wanted to let you know how much you guys inspired me growing up and that you guys are my childhood heroes and still are! I remember staying up late every Saturday night for new episodes that would come on. Growing up, I always told myself that I wanted to become a missionary and do mission work because of all the missionaries that came to my church, and then as I started watching your show I really felt like going into the mission field was what God wanted me to do. I am beyond words to describe how much you have impacted my life. Before I was always asking God for direction and how I could serve, then I saw your show. Tim and Will were just out there in wild places living a life for God and seeing people come to Christ. I know this is what I am called to do also and I will start next year. I am not sure where I will go, but I will go somewhere. Life has changed a lot for all people around the world due to Covid and so many people will need help. Praise the Lord for what you are doing. I have been around the church for a long time and when I watch your program on tbn it reminds me of the old days when missionaries would go off to foreign lands and teach and train the gospel.
