Michael Scott, the executive producer, of Travel the Road has had his roots in production since his first film in 1996 documenting the Amdo people of Tibet. Growing up as a pastor's child and with parents deeply involved in missions, Michael has always striven to be involved in the labor of the gospel. After high school, Michael attended the Colorado Institute of Art where he excelled in photography. During his time here he formed a friendship with Will Decker. After graduation Michael moved from Colorado to California to pursue a career in the entertainment industry with the desire of producing cutting edge Christian based entertainment. Since arriving in Los Angeles Michael has worked in all areas of production from camera operator to executive producer, and for the last four years Michael has produced print campaigns and national spots for Toyota, Honda, Chevy, Nissan, Mercedes, and several others. Currently, he is co-producing a soon to be released motion picture, and is executive producer of Travel the Road. Through all this Michael has had the opportunity to travel to over 20 countries working with several mission agencies producing and filming "unreached people" group videos. These videos aid to bring awareness to areas in the world where the gospel has not yet been preached. Working in Los Angeles Michael has organized a support team and production house focused entirely to serve Travel the Road. Michael continues to manage his own production house and brings a vital element of quality to every project. He desires that the concept of Travel the Road will display what missionaries have been doing for generations. Michael has produced in Travel the Road a show full of high energy, inspiring stories, epic adventures, and a strong gospel message. He has developed Travel the Road to be an original pioneer in the Christian broadcasting industry and plans to continue to make an extraordinary impact. Knowing all along that God has been in control, Michael's focus is to bring the light and the Word of God to the entertainment industry.
